LoVe & ChErIsH

Today my sister-in-law forwarded me an email... it is one of those that brings tears streaming down your face.. Helps you realize what little things are important in life.

I cant imagine going through what this family is going through. The email sent is for a fundraiser held for a young family who's wife, mother passed away very recently. The family had no life insurance and the husband is in school, friends and neighbors have pulled together to raise money to help with the funeral expenses and day to day costs. When you click on the link (below) it tells you a little about the family... from there you can click on the family blog that the wife kept and on there is where the husband has recorded his thoughts and emotions on the death of his wife & 2 day old baby less than 2 months ago. He makes very good points about how we get busy in our day to day schedule and sometimes don't pay attention to the little detail like telling those you love what they mean to you.

I think sometimes in our busy schedules we lose sight of the important people in our life. We should never take for granted each day and think "there will always be tomorrow." Live each day to your fullest and enjoy every second! Hold the relationships and friendships that mean something dearly to you close to your heart. Never forget to tell the ones you love how you feel. It can all end in a second and you don't want to have that doubt in your mind if there is something more you could have said or done to let that person know how much they meant to you.... Each day I tell this to myself since losing a dear friend of mine 5 years ago to cancer, I believe I have become a more sincere & better person since that day.
