We got back last night and let me tell you how nice it is to sleep in silence! Every night ALL night in NYC we slept too honking and sirens. We had so much fun!

We went to the David Letterman show on our anniversary (which airs this Friday!)-we sat front row by the band! Gavin Rossdale performed and Jenna Fisher (from The Office, I love her!) & Jim Nantz were the guests. After the taping of the show Brandon got his picture with Jim and we got a few pic's of Gavin too. That night we had dinner at Tonic in Time Square!
Took the subway to Shae Stadium and saw the Met's and Dodgers play (we are not big fans of
the Yankee's).
We had a beautiful view of Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Statue of Liberty, and New Jersey on top of The Entire State Building-Our camera battery died after only a few pictures, LAME!
A movie was being filmed in Battery Park we realized it was Woody Allen directing it, that was fun to watch! He is a goofy man....
We went on four sightseeing tours-
Downtown: New York Stock Exchange, Ground Zero-Site of the world trade center, St Paul's Cathedral, Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Battery Park-where you pick up the ferry to go over to the statue of liberty, Time Square, Chinatown, Theater District (Broadway), Macy's, Flatiron Building, United Nations Building, Rockefeller Center, NBS News Studios, Chrysler Building, Grand Central Terminal, and more...
Uptown: Central Park (wow, that place is ginormous), Grant's tomb, Apollo Theater, 5 museums, Harlem, St. John's Cathedral (worlds largest cathedral), and more...
Brooklyn: No stops on this tour just a bus ride through Brooklyn with a guide explaining all of the history.
Night tour: No stops on this tour just a 2 1/2 hour ride through Manhattan to see all of the city lights and over to Brooklyn to see the skyline lit up!

It was all so much fun!! We stayed at the Hotel Pennsylvania across the street from Madison Square Garden and two blocks away from the Empire State Building. I swear our room was haunted, no joke!

We hung out in Time Square every night becuase it was only ten blocks from our hotel.
We took a few taxi rides-I don't understand how they did not wreck or hit people, it was intense!
Ground Zero was sad, a lot of memorials were set up. I could not imagine being there during that time.
Ate at lots of Deli's and street vendors-SO YUMMY!!!
Probably walked on average 2-8 miles a day, which was good because we did not eat one healthy thing.
Bodies Exhibition, that was interesting!
